The Kitchen Table

The kitchen table is connected to the Photographers' Gallery, so there is always something to look at here. But that is not why we are here, it's the food that we want to try.



There is an extensive blackboard menu, but we have selected from the display cabinet. The salmon roulade is tasty and served with a nice sweet chilli sauce. It was a shame that my toasted sandwich was not delivered at the same time. By the time my sandwich arrived, the salmon was finished and tea was finished.

The Earl Grey was a nice blend, very fragrant, and tasty.

My toasted sandwich was really tasty, I had bacon, cheese and red onion. Instead of the traditional butter and toasted sandwich machine, I think it had been fried in the fat from the bacon. Very nice... I would have scored them 8/10, but the slowness of my sandwich means I have to give 7/10.
